The list of tools below is comprehensive and represent some of the things that might be needed for a proposal effort, Some like the proposal "Proposal Checklist" are simply a must do; you can't afford to leave anything out or miss something. Others like the "Strategy Self-Assessment" and  "Market Competitive Assessment" are useful for two reasons: they help you focus and they help me gain some background on your company. "Storyboards" is a good way of getting your entire team on the same page, but it can be time consuming. Many customers perfer to save it for the Phase IIs and BAAs.
